Annual Parish meetings are a chance for town electors to hear about what the Town Council has been up to during the past 12 months, discuss parish affairs and to pass resolutions (although such resolutions are not binding on the Town Council). The Council particularly welcomes ideas for projects in the town that could be developed during the forthcoming year.
Everyone is welcome to attend but only people registered as local government electors for the Parish of Horncastle are entitled to speak and vote.
