Meetings of the Town Council take place on a bi-monthly basis on the second Tuesday of the months of May, July, September, November, January and March at 7pm at the Stanhope Hall unless there are urgent items to consider then an extraordinary meeting will be called.
There is a 15 minute public participation session at the start of each meeting when members of the public can comment on any of the items on the agenda or any item they wish to raise. Those items not on the agenda will not be debated but referred, if appropriate, to the next Council meeting or to one of the committees.
