Horncastle Town Council has the following working groups which look at particular issues or matters and then reports back to the Town Council with suggestions or recommendations:
CHRISTMAS LIGHTS WORKING GROUP
Members: Angela Birchall, Paul Bushell and Matthew Wilkinson
Remit: Responsible for organising and delivering the Christmas lights in the town within a set budget
HORNCASTLE TOGETHER
Members: Fiona Martin, Mike Beecham (as Chairman) and 1 vacancy
Remit: Meeting of the Town Council and local community groups to work together to make improvements for and to the town.
HIGHWAYS WORKING GROUP
Members: Mike Beecham, Angela Birchall, Brian Burbidge and Fiona Martin
Remit: To meet regularly with the Horncastle County Councillor and the Horncastle Area Highways Manager to make representations and discuss Highways concerns to ensure that issues are expedited and dealt with in a timely and reasonable manner.
